To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither eCouponlab nor HTSM Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your inability to use a promo code, discount voucher, or deal published on the Website.
• Any price discrepancy, item non-delivery, fraudulent transaction, or cancellation by external retailers.
• Temporary technical server downtime, maintenance periods, or DNS routing interruptions.
